We're hiring Entry-Level Charity Fundraising Assistants to support nonprofit campaigns in the Virginia Beach area!

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are energetic, people-oriented, and excited to make a real difference through face-to-face outreach, fundraising events, and community engagement.

 What You’ll Do:

• Represent respected nonprofit organizations at local events, retail activations, and pop-up fundraisers

• Speak with community members about the mission and impact of the charities we support

• Encourage donations and collect supporter information in a friendly and professional manner

• Help with the setup, breakdown, and execution of fundraising booths and displays

• Track daily interactions, donor details, and feedback to help improve campaign performance

• Collaborate with your outreach team to hit fundraising goals and maximize awareness

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for social causes, nonprofits, or community development

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

• Self-motivated and dependable, with a team-first attitude

• Comfortable speaking with the public and working at events

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• High school diploma or GED required; college students and recent grads encouraged to apply

• No fundraising or sales experience necessary—we provide full training!
