PsychGo is Hiring: Therapist / Counselor / Social Worker
Are you ready to break the mold of traditional therapy? PsychGo is seeking an energetic and compassionate Therapist, Counselor, or Social Worker to provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling — both in person at our professionally designed Denver or Belmar offices and via telehealth.
We operate under a collaborative care model, where therapists and medical providers work together to deliver inclusive, holistic mental health services. We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing accessible, high-quality care and bring experience in one or more of the following areas:

Experience & Qualifications
- Active Colorado license required: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LAC
(or LSW/LPCC within 6 months of full licensure)
- Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience preferred
- Prior experience in mental health counseling, case management, or patient care (preferred)
- Familiarity with behavioral health best practices and local/community resources (a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and accurate medical record documentation
- Solid understanding of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and clinical formulation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and client care
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Provide mental health counseling and support to clients in both individual and group therapy settings.
- Manage cases by coordinating services and resources for clients, including home community care.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and address behavioral health issues.
- Advocate for clients' rights and assist them in navigating social services.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate clients and their families about available resources, coping strategies, and support systems.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
