Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Unlicensed Child Therapist to join our team. In this role, the Child Therapist will provide mental health therapy and recovery services for children ages 3–18. Responsibilities include conducting individual counseling sessions, engaging in family work, performing clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The position is supervised by a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who can provide clinical supervision hours toward LPC licensure. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children and families while working toward professional licensure.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing mental health therapy to children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct clinical assessments and create treatment plans
• Understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
• Master's degree in counseling, or a related field
• Registered in DORA as an LPCC
• Experience working with diverse populations

Clinical Hour Pay Range: $45-$55 an hour

Administrative Pay: $20 an hour
