Mindful Healing is seeking a compassionate and motivated Telehealth Therapist (LCSW or LPC, Licensed-Eligible) to provide individual, couples, and family counseling for clients across Virginia. This fully remote position allows you to work from your home office while receiving supervision toward licensure, enjoying flexibility, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Apply evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) to support client progress.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation in compliance with Virginia licensing standards.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision toward Virginia LCSW or LPC licensure.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure high-quality client care.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice in a telehealth environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia as an LCSW or LPC.
• Ability to provide therapy services from a private, professional home office (reliable internet, secure technology, and HIPAA-compliant space).
• Strong clinical skills and ability to build rapport with adults, couples, and families.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and best practices.

Preferred:

• Experience providing telehealth therapy.
• Training in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Familiarity with relationship and family therapy approaches.

Compensation & Benefits

• Contract position – compensation is based on a percentage of revenue from client sessions.
• Competitive percentage split, commensurate with licensure and experience.
• Weekly pay based on collected client revenue. Earnings scale directly with caseload — the more clients you see, the more you earn.

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
