Position: Senior Residence Counselor

Divison: Mental Health Housing Services

Program: Hansen House

General Overview or Main Functions: Oversight of the cases of a Hansen House Residents including benefit procurement and maintenance, health management, restorative service planning and delivery, records maintenance, and monitoring of functioning level. Collect and submit Resident fees for service. Maintain and submit documentation for Medicaid billing for service. Direct supervision of the Daily Living Skills Specialist.

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Community Mental Health or related field preferred. One (1) year experience in Human Service or related field preferred. Must have valid NYS Drivers License.

Hours: Full-Time

Salary Range: $38,355 - $43,000, annually.
