Overview
A growing healthcare organization in Crown Heights is seeking an Intake Coordinator to assist with new patient enrollment.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for applicants and families.
- Conduct intake interviews and assist with required paperwork.
- Coordinate with doctors, social workers, and providers to collect records.
- Ensure smooth communication between applicants, service coordinators, and agencies.
- Support a seamless and compassionate intake experience.
What we’re looking for:
- BA or Associate’s preferred.
- Organized, strong communicator, and able to multitask.
- Basic computer skills; intake/case management experience a plus.
- Bilingual is a plus.
Salary: $52K–$58K/year (+ Bonus Potential)
