Qualifications:Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human services field; BSW from accredited institution. Clinical assessment skills and expertise in care coordination and utilization management. Person should display initiative, has the ability to be multi-tasking and be able to take on responsibilities. Proven ability to problem-solve and be a team member is essential.
