Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. As a Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in providing mental health services to individuals and families. You will be responsible for conducting individual and group counseling sessions, assessing patients' needs, and developing treatment plans. Responsibilities: - Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address patients' mental health concerns - Perform patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans - Provide addiction counseling and support for individuals struggling with substance abuse - Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments - Offer specialized care for patients dealing with PTSD or trauma-related issues - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Stay up-to-date with advancements in psychopharmacology and incorporate medication management when appropriate - Contribute to research projects aimed at improving mental health treatments - Provide Christian counseling services for individuals seeking faith-based support - Offer child and family counseling services to address developmental and relational challenges Skills: - Strong knowledge of psychological theories, principles, and therapeutic techniques - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Empathy and compassion for patients experiencing mental health challenges - Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation - Familiarity with psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate with psychiatrists when necessary - Experience in conducting research studies or willingness to contribute to ongoing research projects - Knowledge of Christian counseling principles and the ability to integrate faith-based approaches into therapy sessions - Competence in providing child and family counseling services We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
