Position: Adult Co-Occurring Clinician (Evening Intensive Outpatient Program)
Location: Paoli, PA
Employer: High Focus Centers
Salary: $55,000 – $56,000 annually
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday, 9:00am–7:00pm (enjoy your Fridays off!)

What You'll Do

Lead engaging group therapy sessions for adults in our evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
Provide individual and family therapy that supports clients' unique needs and goals.
Conduct assessments, build treatment plans, and track progress with care and accuracy.
Collaborate with fellow clinicians, case managers, and psychiatric providers to keep care coordinated and client-centered.
Participate in weekly team meetings, supervision, and insurance reviews to keep treatment on track.
Step in with crisis intervention skills when needed and maintain a safe, therapeutic space.

What You Bring

Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field with the completion of a clinical based internship or practicum.
Licensure: PA licensure preferred (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or the interest in working towards licensure (we provide supervision!)
