Midwest Compressor Systems is looking for motivated, mechanically inclined individuals to join our Field Services team. Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, we have a place for you. As a Field Technician, you’ll be the boots on the ground—keeping natural gas compression systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably. This position requires travel to sites around Colorado.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your level (I, II, or III), you’ll:

Inspect, maintain, and repair natural gas compressors
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Travel to customer sites and build strong relationships
Install and commission new units (Tech II & III)
Use diagnostic tools and interpret technical documents
Keep your field service truck and equipment in top shape
Submit daily maintenance reports and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
