Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Denver, CO, with opportunities for some work from home. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and provide parent education. Day-to-day tasks include conducting behavior assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing direct one-on-one therapy to clients. The BCBA will also collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services. The role includes data collection, analysis, and the preparation of progress reports.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
- Experience in Parent Education, and Behavior Management
- Knowledge of Psychology conducive to working with children
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Board Certification as Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
