Work Schedules: Monday - Friday 8a - 5p & Weekend On Call Rotation
Pay: $19-21/hour + On Call Pay

Position Overview: As a Care Coordinator, you will oversee client care schedules, manage staffing needs, and act as a key point of contact for Care Professionals and families. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a focus on problem-solving in high-pressure situations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage a high volume of calls.
• Schedule and coordinate in-home care assignments for Care Professionals.
• Communicate consistently and clearly with Care Professionals, clients, and their families regarding assignments and care details.
• Monitor daily schedules to ensure timely arrival and departure of Care Professionals.
• Support orientation by matching new Care Professionals with clients requiring ongoing care.
• Address concerns related to care or employment from both clients and Care Professionals.
• Actively manage on-call situations during weekends, resolving urgent staffing or care issues.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License, active car insurance, and vehicle registration required.
• Previous Scheduling Experience Preferred
