Job Title: Outpatient Psychiatrist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our team in Morgantown, WV. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including assessments, psychotherapy, medication management, and advanced interventional treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato. You will have the opportunity to lead and mentor Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering innovative mental health care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and provide psychotherapy to adult patients.
• Manage ongoing medication treatments tailored to each patient's needs.
• Lead and supervise Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs), fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Participate in advanced interventional treatments such as TMS and Spravato, enhancing patient outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including clinicians providing medication management, psychotherapy, and neuropsychiatric testing.

Requirements:

• Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school.
• Completed or currently completing residency training in Psychiatry at an accredited institution.
• Valid license to practice medicine in the state of West Virginia.
• Current DEA registration.
• Strong interest in interventional psychiatry (experience with TMS, Spravato, or other advanced treatments is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience leading a clinical team or supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Familiarity with or enthusiasm for integrating advanced psychiatric treatments like TMS and Spravato into practice.
