Job Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to join our growing team. As a member of our organization, you will provide culturally sensitive, strength-based individual and family therapy to a diverse range of clients. You will play an essential role in supporting clients' mental health and well-being, while contributing to a collaborative, supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Assessments & Therapy: Conduct culturally sensitive assessments and provide individual and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client. Foster an empathetic and inclusive environment for clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop comprehensive and individualized crisis plans, safety plans, wellness plans, and relapse prevention strategies to support clients in their mental health journeys.
  • Collaborative Care: Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and discharge planning to ensure the highest quality of care for clients. Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and other therapists to provide holistic care.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms in compliance with professional standards.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional growth through supervision, training, and continuing education opportunities. Contribute to a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Requirements

  • Education & Licensure: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) as required by state regulations.
  • Experience & Skills: Passion for mental health care and a commitment to providing high-quality services. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and manage time efficiently.
  • Communication & Confidentiality: Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport with clients and families. A deep commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and maintaining professional standards.

  • Experience working with diverse populations and providing culturally competent care.
  • Interest in collaborative care and multidisciplinary teamwork.
