BCBA Clinical Director - League City, TX

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate BCBA Clinical Director. This sensory-friendly center is designed to encourage play, imagination, and growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise clinical services with a focus on excellence and ethical care
• Conduct assessments, oversee treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a manageable caseload (max 9 full-time clients / 32 billable hours per week)

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification and relevant state licensure
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills
• CPR/BLS certification (company paid if not current)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Clinical Psychology, or related field preferred

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
