- TX & OK: $25/hour
- CO: $28.50/hour (based on experience)
- Paid restricted and unrestricted fieldwork hours
- 15 days PTO + 7 paid holidays
- Paid CPR/BLS certification

- Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
- Active RBT certification
- At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
- Reliable transportation
- Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
- Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
- Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
- Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
- Research literature related to client programs.
- Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
- Complete Monthly Mock Exams
- Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan
