Who We’re Looking For

Fully licensed mental health professionals (LMFT, LMSW, LPC) in Michigan who:

• Love working with couples and families
  
Are passionate about expanding access to quality mental health care

• Thrive in a culture that values autonomy, flexibility, authenticity, humor, and compassion
  
Bring creativity and innovation to their practice

May be interested in leadership or supervisory roles as we expand

What You’ll Do

Provide 25 weekly client sessions (couples, families, and individuals)

Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain documentation

Collaborate with a dynamic team to serve our community

Use creative, evidence-based interventions to help clients meet their goals

Coordinate care with other professionals as needed

Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training
