Join our expanding team of school psychology professionals providing essential mental health services to high school students throughout Ohio! This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to specialize in adolescent psychology while delivering comprehensive support through innovative virtual platforms.

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced School Psychologist to focus exclusively on high school populations, serving students in grades 9-12 through comprehensive psychological evaluations, counseling services, and educational consultation.

High School Focus Areas

Adolescent students present complex psychological and educational needs requiring specialized expertise in developmental psychology, mental health assessment, and transition planning. You'll address academic underachievement, behavioral concerns, social-emotional challenges, and college/career readiness through evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete psychoeducational and mental health evaluations
  • Design individualized behavior and academic support plans
  • Provide direct counseling services for students and families
  • Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention protocols
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development
  • Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies
  • Coordinate with community mental health providers

Student Demographics

Your caseload will include students with various exceptionalities including specific learning disabilities, emotional behavioral disorders, autism spectrum conditions, and attention deficit disorders. Many students also experience anxiety, depression, and adjustment challenges common during adolescence.

Essential Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in School Psychology

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
