Professional Responsibilities
You'll work with students experiencing learning disabilities, emotional disturbances, autism spectrum disorders, and attention-related challenges. Many students also require support for anxiety, depression, and social skill development as they prepare for post-secondary transitions.

- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Provide crisis counseling and risk assessment services
- Facilitate IEP meetings and educational planning sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
- Support positive behavioral intervention systems

Qualification Requirements
- Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology
- Current Ohio school psychologist licensure
- Minimum 2 years of school-based psychological services
- Adolescent psychology experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with virtual service delivery methods
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
