A school district in Brockton, MA is seeking a skilled School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services to students in grades K-12. This contract position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive educational environment focused on promoting student success and well-being throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations to assess students cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student interventions and accommodations
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Monitor and report on student progress and adjust services accordingly
• Offer training and guidance to school staff on mental health and behavioral strategies

Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (Ed.S., Psy.D., or Ph.D.)
• Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience conducting assessments and developing IEPs for K-12 students
• Knowledge of federal and state special education laws and regulations
