We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to support high school special education for the 20252026 academic year. This is a full-time, onsite-only role, averaging 3537.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday (typical hours: 8:15 AM 3:00 PM). The caseload includes approximately 20 students, with services focused on both evaluation and direct student support.
Youll join a collaborative special education team, providing services that promote student well-being, academic progress, and social-emotional development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments as part of the special education eligibility process
Provide individual and group counseling
Support crisis response and intervention planning
Participate in MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) implementation
Collaborate with staff and families to develop and implement IEPs
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
Qualifications
- Active Kansas School Psychologist License
Strong skills in psychological evaluation, data analysis, and intervention development
Ability to manage a varied caseload and support both evaluation and counseling needs
Must be comfortable working fully onsite
