Bayside Autism is hiring a dependable and experienced Certified Behavior Technician to provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in clinic setting. Certified Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing behavior and skill acquisition goals designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are currently hiring for a 10-25+ hour position with opportunity for additional hours in the future. Bayside Autism is a fun, friendly, and compassionate place to work and grow!

Responsibilities:

- provide quality 1:1 instruction for children with ASD in communication, social, play, and adaptive skills

- record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals

- maintain objective daily session notes

- maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

- Certified Behavior Technician with the State of Washington

- bachelor's degree strongly preferred

- valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- a desire to work with children diagnosed with autism

Compensation:

- competitive hourly compensation

- compensation for travel time and mileage

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
