Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School Psychologists for a full-time position with school districts in the Mason, MI area. This role offers the opportunity to support students academic, emotional, and behavioral growth while collaborating closely with educators, administrators, and families.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Applicants must meet all local and state requirements, including:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program

  • Current Michigan School Psychologist License issued by the Michigan Department of Education (MDE)

  • Completion of a supervised internship in school psychology

  • Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, ADA, and Michigan state special education regulations

  • Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred

  • Strong assessment, intervention, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

The School Psychologist will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments

  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs and 504 Plans

  • Consulting and collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student needs

  • Providing counseling, behavioral intervention, and crisis response as needed

  • Assisting in designing academic and behavioral intervention strategies

  • Maintaining accurate and compliant records per district and state guidelines
