Job Summary
The Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and effective care. This position involves coordinating patient care activities, managing medical records, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers. Duties

• Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, managing follow-ups, and ensuring timely communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence related to patient care.
• Educate patients about their treatment options and provide support throughout their healthcare journey.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences and address any concerns that may arise.
• Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with both patients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a medical office or dental office is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in providing medical administrative support, including data entry and record management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
