What We’re Looking For:

  • Credentialed BCBA or BCaBA (in good standing). New certs welcome!
  • A clinician who is:
  • Passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • A great team collaborator
  • Skilled in client and caregiver communication
  • Clinical assessment experience (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland, ESDM, AFLLS, ABLLS, FBAs)
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
  • Respectful of confidentiality, safety, and client dignity
  • Able to meet documentation standards (e.g., treatment plans, progress reports)
