About Job
We are seeking an experienced LCSW or LMFT to join our Behavioral Health team, with a focus on providing remote therapy services to children, youth, families, and adults. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years post-licensure experience and at least 2 years working remotely with children. This role involves assessment, therapy, case management, and collaboration with internal and external providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intakes and assessments
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling
- Address substance use and co-occurring disorders, including perinatal care
- Offer advocacy, outreach, and referrals
- Maintain accurate records using RPMS/EHR
- Collaborate with clinical, tribal, and community partners
- Serve all ages within the American Indian/Alaska Native community
Qualifications:
- Active LCSW or LMFT license
- 5+ years post-licensure experience
- 2+ years of remote work with children
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience working with diverse and tribal communities preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
