About Job

We are seeking an experienced LCSW or LMFT to join our Behavioral Health team, with a focus on providing remote therapy services to children, youth, families, and adults. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years post-licensure experience and at least 2 years working remotely with children. This role involves assessment, therapy, case management, and collaboration with internal and external providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intakes and assessments
  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling
  • Address substance use and co-occurring disorders, including perinatal care
  • Offer advocacy, outreach, and referrals
  • Maintain accurate records using RPMS/EHR
  • Collaborate with clinical, tribal, and community partners
  • Serve all ages within the American Indian/Alaska Native community

Qualifications:

  • Active LCSW or LMFT license
  • 5+ years post-licensure experience
  • 2+ years of remote work with children
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Experience working with diverse and tribal communities preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
