  • Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification (in good standing)

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field

  • Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Cultural Awareness: Collaborate, communicate, and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, embracing and respecting cultural differences and socially significant clinical outcomes.

Work Environment, Physical Conditions:

  • Ability to travel monthly to our service area and main office for in-person supervision and meetings.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB.

  • Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.

  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100lbs.

Join a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued, your growth is prioritized, and your work directly supports children and families through their journey. Visit our website at www.behavioralframework.com for more information.
