Join our Mobile Crisis Unit as a Quality Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and make a significant impact in the lives of individuals and families in crisis. We are seeking licensed professionals who are passionate about providing immediate mental health support to those in need. This role offers flexible, hourly contract opportunities, with shifts available around the clock to accommodate your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to mental health crises in the community, providing on-site and telephonic assessments.

- Develop and implement crisis intervention plans tailored to the individual’s needs.

- Collaborate with local agencies, law enforcement, and community resources to ensure holistic support.

- Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health issues and available services.

- Document all interactions and interventions accurately in compliance with agency policies and standards.

- Participate in regular training and supervision to enhance skills and ensure best practices in crisis intervention.

Qualifications:

- Must hold a current active license as a mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).

- Previous experience working in crisis intervention or emergency services is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
