We are seeking a caring, reliable, and experienced Before & After School Nanny to support a family with 2 children ages 4 and 6 years. The ideal candidate has a background in childcare, is confident supporting children with special needs, and can provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment before and after the school day.

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Mornings: Arrive at 6:00 am, drop children off to school at 8:30 AM.

Afternoons: Pick up children from school at 3:30 pm, shift ends at 5:40 PM.
(Additional hours available on school breaks, holidays, or as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and loving care before and after school hours.
• Assist children with morning routines, breakfast, and getting ready for school.
• Safely transport or accompany children to and from school/activities.
• Prepare snacks and simple meals.
• Support after-school routines, including homework help, playtime, and structured activities.
• Provide patient, consistent support for children with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum.
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging home environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of childcare experience (professional nannying, teaching, daycare, or similar roles).
• Experience caring for children with special needs or autism is required.
• Experience as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) is strongly desired but not mandatory.
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
• Dependable, patient, and committed to supporting children’s growth and well-being.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
