Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide clinic and home-based ABA therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and language delays. This role involves designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with families and care teams, and supervising clinicians to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior support plans
• Adjust and monitor client programs as needed
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and treatment teams
• Train, supervise, and support therapists and clinical staff
• Maintain caseload and documentation in compliance with requirements

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master’s degree with ABA coursework
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and DTT
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual/multilingual skills a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
