RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls and emails in a friendly, professional manner.
- Maintain schedules of clients and caregiver staff for hours of service on new clients and open hours/shifts on existing cases.
- Communicate clearly with clients and caregivers regarding day-to-day scheduling changes
Generate correspondence as necessary to meet client, caregiver and office needs, forward to recipients as needed.· Demonstrate self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, flexibility and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.· Strictly comply with all laws, rules and regulations.
- Assist with the daily functions of running a successful office (other job duties may apply as required)
- Take rotating on-call duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Two years of scheduling experience in an office setting, preferably healthcare or home care.
- Excellent customer service skills (in an office setting)
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Experience using scheduling or staffing software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of AHCA regulations is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to pass a Florida Level-2 background screening
