We are seeking an individual with exceptional employee scheduling experience, communication, customer service (experience in a healthcare office related setting) and organizational skills for an exciting opportunity with a growing company. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls and emails in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Maintain schedules of clients and caregiver staff for hours of service on new clients and open hours/shifts on existing cases.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and caregivers regarding day-to-day scheduling changes

Generate correspondence as necessary to meet client, caregiver and office needs, forward to recipients as needed.· Demonstrate self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, flexibility and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.· Strictly comply with all laws, rules and regulations.

  • Assist with the daily functions of running a successful office (other job duties may apply as required)
  • Take rotating on-call duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two years of scheduling experience in an office setting, preferably healthcare or home care.
  • Excellent customer service skills (in an office setting)
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Experience using scheduling or staffing software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of AHCA regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to pass a Florida Level-2 background screening
