Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role requires a commitment to improving the quality of life for clients through effective behavioral therapy and patient care.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based interventions using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques to promote positive behavior changes.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records related to patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary based on data collected.
Provide 10-15% supervision to assigned cases/technicians.

Requirements

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst is required.
NYS LBA REQUIRED
Insurance Based Experience
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
Proficiency in medical documentation and maintaining patient records.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Ability to conduct patient assessments and develop tailored behavioral therapy plans.
A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding of individual needs.
