```Duties:```
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients to address mental health concerns and promote emotional well-being
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as behavioral therapy and psychopharmacology, to support client progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and ensure continuity of services
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders and develop appropriate treatment interventions
- Provide crisis intervention and support during emergency situations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards
- Participate in clinical research projects to contribute to the advancement of mental health knowledge
```Qualifications:```
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
-Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
- Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
- Experience in providing therapy services to diverse populations, including pediatrics
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and its integration into treatment plans
- Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and their application in a clinical setting
- Familiarity with case management principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
