We are seeking Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) to join our team at clinics located in Braintree, Dedham, Foxboro, Watertown, Quincy, and Boston, MA. No prior supervisory experience is required—this role is perfect for LICSWs and LMHCs who are passionate about providing high-quality mental health care and are ready to grow into a supervisory position. Responsibilities Patient Care

• Provide therapy to diverse populations, conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and or group counseling sessions using evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff to ensure holistic client care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations using EMR systems.

Supervision & Growth

• Transition into a supervisory role, mentoring associate therapists working toward licensure.
• Guide associates in case management, documentation, and professional development.
• Support clinicians’ professional growth through leadership training and CEU opportunities.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• Strong background in individual counseling, crisis management, and trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and EMR systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
