Who we are looking for:

We are looking a Full Time compassionate, talented and experienced Master's level Hospice Social Worker that is eager to join an exciting, growing organization.

What You Will Do:

As our Social Worker, you will use your talent and abilities in many ways, including, assess hospice patients and family to identify psychosocial, financial, environmental, and community needs. Provide psychosocial education to hospice patients and family about coping skills and hospice. Participate in the patient care planning process and collaborates with Interdisciplinary Team to promote coordination of patient care. Coordinate local agencies and/or community resources that may be of help to hospice patients and families.

What You Must Have: -

Master of Social Work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education

Licnesed in the State of Nevada

Valid Driver’s License and Automobile Insurance

Social work experience in a health care setting preferred; hospice or Home Health experience strongly preferred.

Must be willing to work with adults and pediatric patients

Competitive Pay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
