Dayrise Wellness is looking for a compassionate, entrepreneurial clinician to join our clinic in Lombard. This position will be responsible for providing outpatient counseling to adolescents, young adults, adults and their families who are affected by mental health disorders.
Our aim is to offer full support to our clients, serving as a trusted source for treatment, care, and coordination. Utilizing our contacts throughout the community, we treat or refer patients to the best care available to manage and embrace life’s daily mental health challenges. As a clinician at Dayrise, you may work with youth with a wide range of needs, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, or trauma-related issues.
Responsibilities will also include referring clients to specialists, monitoring progress during treatment, and creating a comfortable environment in which clients are treated. The successful candidate must have the knowledge and skills to provide quality care to our clients and their families.
Responsibilities:
● Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
● Facilitate sessions with individuals, groups, or families.
● Refer clients to specialists as necessary.
● Create a custom treatment plan based on each client's needs.
● Monitor client progress during treatment.
● Has a passion for mental health and the medical health healing process.
● Excited to create innovative mental health solution for adolescents that results in better outcomes.
Qualifications
● A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related.
● Licensed as a social worker, counselor or marriage and family therapist in Illinois
● Prior experience working with adolescents, young adults and/or adults.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Empathy for clients.
● Confidentiality with client information
Spanish speaking preferred
