BCBA Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs and develop and implement BIPs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Supervise and train registered behavior RBTs in the implementation of BIPs.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure children receive comprehensive and coordinated services.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary modifications to BIPs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
BCBA Requirements:
- Must pass required state and company background checks
- Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis
- Board Certified or in the process
- Experience working in the field of ABA
- Be able to work onsite or in the home
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
