Our Thrive Center is a short term mental health residential treatment program, diverting individuals from hospitalization. We provide intensive therapeutic services for clients, including clinical case management, therapy, group opportunities, and medication management. Our clients benefit from a collaborative treatment team in receiving individualized care tailored towards their needs.
- Monitors clients in a safe environment, performing and documenting client safety rounds. This includes ADL monitoring and coaching (i.e. life skills, communication skills, community integration, etc.).
- Facilitates structured activities with clients in accordance with their goals and treatment plan.
- Demonstrates culturally competent respect for all clients, guests and staff through verbal and non-verbal behaviors and assists them as needed.
- Maintains cleanliness of the program space.
- Safeguards Protected Health Information (written and electronically) and maintains confidentiality. This may include providing written documentation, scanning and/or uploading records into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. This may also include requesting and/or releasing client information or medical records.
- Availability to work a full time schedule (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday 11:00pm-7:00am.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- A valid Missouri Class E automobile operator’s license (or equivalent license in another state).
- Must carry all appropriate insurance on the vehicle being driven, necessary to comply with Missouri or Kansas State Law.
- Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus.
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as GSuite.
