**Job Overview:**

All Around ABA LLC is seeking an experienced, dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This position is a hybrid role, with some remote work and some in-person supervision required. As a_ Board Certified Behavior Analyst_, you will play a crucial role in providing goal-oriented ABA services for children with autism and their families. Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $75-$90 per hour

**Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA):**

- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to support children with autism.

- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records following HIPAA guidelines.

- Provide patient care with a focus on behavioral health and special education needs.

- Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication.

- RBT Trainings and Support

- Parent Trainings

- Collaboration with other team members as well as Executive Team

**Requirements for Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA):**

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

- Licensed Behavioral Analyst in Utah

- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder.

- Proficiency using ReThink or other platforms.

- Experience with In- Home Therapy settings.

- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.

- Knowledge of special education practices and methodologies.

- Familiarity with medical records management and HIPAA regulations.

- Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with individuals and groups.
