Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, providing high-quality behavioral analysis and support. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will be essential in promoting positive behavioral changes and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to identify individual needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support for clients.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with organizational policies.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism is preferred.
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Strong skills in data collection, patient care, and assessment techniques.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure the protection of patient information.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
