In this role, you will be the link between the customer and the service department. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, appointment times, and their service needs. No previous service experience needed; on the job training provided and fitted best to each individual’s style.

Responsibilities

· Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with service department

· Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates

· Provide customers with initial and basic service information; direct them to the appropriate dealership resources

· Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, service departments and dealership management

· Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Qualifications

· At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience

· Team player attitude

· Prompt, courteous, and reliable

· Enthusiastic personality

· Phone skills

· Must have strong computer skills

· Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
