My Colors Speak, Inc. is looking for creative individuals who can provide opportunities for clients with Autism and other conditions to help them connect with the world through ART while using a research-based type of therapy-ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) while working on their behavioral goals.

Role and Responsibilities

Ø Follow and implement all CDC guidelines and safety and preventive measurements for doing In-home, Academy, Telehealth and/or Community/School-based sessions.

Ø RBT to work on customized client ABA goals through mainly ART activities and creative processes in a variety of settings.

Ø Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs and see the programs to completion.

Ø Arrive and leave on time for each scheduled session and take data mainly on client behavior and skill acquisition goals while running the session.

Ø Must keep all client information confidential and abide by HIPAA rules at all times, following the policies and procedures of My Colors Speak, Inc.

Ø RBT to lead social groups in the Community or in the Academy, as instructed by the supervisor.

Availability: For a part time position

Ø Needs to be available mostly between 2:30pm to 8:30pm (Monday through Friday.)

Ø Available to work 1-2 Saturdays per month - Saturdays only opened from 9 00 am to 4 30 pm.

Ø We are looking for consistency; but we can be as flexible as possible with your schedule if needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Ø High School diploma.

Ø Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Ø TB Test clearance

Ø Background Check

Ø BLS CPR / First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)

Ø Must have valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle for travel, and proof of auto insurance

Benefits:

Ø ART supply kit will be provided to use with your clients.

Ø Will be trained with My Colors Speak ART processes and procedures created by a professional artist.

Ø Paid mileage and driving between clients. 50% of Mileage and driving is also provided even if one is only scheduled with 1 client . (Our sessions are usually 3 hrs)

Ø Performance evaluation after 6mos and potential raise depending on the result of the evaluation.

Ø There might be random bonuses throughout the year - 5% of the average billable hours of 3 consecutive months will be given to the employee as an incentive.

Ø $1 extra for any billable hour worked past 6pm and $1 extra for every billable hour worked on Saturdays.

Ø Communication reimbursement based on the billable hours you worked for a month.

Ø 401k after 12 months of employment and/or at least 1,000 hours worked.

Ø Fringe Benefit - PTO (Paid Time Off) Employees will get 1hr for every 30 billable hours worked - maximum of 24 hours or 3 days per year. The employee will start accruing PTO hours after 3 months from date hired.

Ø Mandatory Sick Leave – Employees will get 1hr for every 30 hours worked - maximum of 40 hours or 5 days per year or the number of hours will be given based on the state where the employee resides, per state law.

Preferred Skills:

Ø Bilingual (English and Spanish - is a plus but not required)

Ø Interest in ART and creative ways of thinking is a plus, as My Colors Speak uses a unique creative approach to work on behavioral and developmental goals

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on education and experience
