Make a Difference in a Role That Values Clinical Excellence, Support, and Balance

At Executive Mental Health (EMH), we offer a rewarding opportunity for clinical psychologists who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to underserved older adult populations. Join EMH and become part of a dynamic, warm, and collaborative community that values both professional integrity and work-life balance. While this is a hybrid role, facilities often request in-person visits and therefore clinicians should be comfortable going in person. There is additional compensation for work conducted on-site.

Why EMH?

We are a multi-disciplinary clinical team providing impactful mental health services in skilled nursing facilities across California including the Bay Area, Inland Empire, Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, and North County/San Diego. Our mission is rooted in compassionate, evidence-based care for older adults in long-term care environments, one of the most underserved and rapidly growing populations in the U.S. With nearly 70% of older adults requiring long-term care by 2034, the need for thoughtful, consistent mental health care in these settings has never been more urgent. Our clinicians are on the ground, making a meaningful difference every day. Join us!
