Job Description:

Vida Counseling Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavior Analyst to join our growing team at our new Venice, FL location. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of behavior therapy programs. You will work closely with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).

- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

- Provide direct and indirect supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data-driven decisions.

- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client goals and generalization of skills.

- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in Creole and English

- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam.

- Licensed as a Social Worker (LCSW), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is highly desirable.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a behavior therapy setting.

- Strong clinical skills in conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Compassionate, patient-oriented approach to client care.
