Higher Ground ABA is hiring for a Clinical Director (BCBA) for ABA services at our Louisville location! Our Clinical Director is responsible for the oversight and input of all ABA and clinical operations. With support from Clinical Coordinators, Lead RBT's, and an on site Operations Manager, the Clinical Director is able to focus on the mission of providing high quality comprehensive services to those that we serve.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
1. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Licensed Behavior Analyst (where required).
2. At least 4 years of experience in providing ABA therapy as a BCBA, with progressively increasing responsibilities, with at least 3 years within a clinic setting.
3. Communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Knowledge of up-to-date BACB Ethical guidelines, and best practice guidelines in ABA therapy.
5.Ability and willingness to accruing on-going CEUs in supervision, ethics, OBM, and other relevant content areas.
Responsibilities of the Clinical Director:

- Day to day functions of the clinic in coordination with the Operations Manager and Executive Director
- Faciliate trainings for RBT's, and BCBA's
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision, support and mentorship to create a collaborative team approach to client treatment and RBT supervision
- Assist TLBA/BCBA team in programming around evidence-based, ethical, and best practice ABA therapy.
- Review client treatment plans prior to submission for client progress and completion
- Complete randomized data reviews including reviews of trial numbers, differences in responding across techs, number of targets (NET and DTT), length of time in progress, trend, etc.
- Attend parent trainings/ARC/other meetings with BCBAs as requested/needed
- Meet with RBTs when necessary to achieve optimal performance
- Provide on the floor support to RBT staff on a daily basis
- Complete performance evaluations with BCBA’s input
- Schedule, coordinate with BCBA’s, and complete initial client evaluation meetings
- Management and coordination of BCBA caseloads, assessments, client schedules, and client start dates.
- Collaborate with families to create multi-disciplinary treatment teams to include SLP, OT, PT, and schools.
- Communicate consistently with families regarding Higher Ground ABA theme weeks, client progress, goals, and troubleshooting familial needs.
- Adhere to and promote knowledge and practice of regulations, policies, procedures, legal, and ethical guidelines.
- Collaboration with BCBA's to effectively maximize authorized hours and meet billable expectations.
- Foster growth and a positive clinic culture that emphasizes compassionate, assent based care with all team members.
- Provide ongoing mentorship to individuals seeking BCBA certification through individual and group fieldwork meetings following Higher Ground ABA's structured fieldwork program.

Required:
- Active and unrestricted BCBA certification
- Active LBA license in KY
- Pass background check and annual drug test
- Able to work independent and self manage
- Communicate with staff and families effectively
- Four consecutive and active years of BCBA certification
- At least 3 of the 5 years must be within a clinic setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $87,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
