Best Life Mental Health Services seeks compassionate, experienced and trauma-informed fully or provisionally licensed professional in the mental health field! This is a unique place to work with a supportive staff and community, but individual autonomy as a clinician. We are grounded in service to communities that have been historically marginalized, who also face systemic and cultural barriers in accessing therapy. We strive to hire a staff that is committed to this same work.
We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced therapist who is able to work with clients at our community partners locations as well as in a private practice setting. For this position, we are particularly interested in contracting with therapists who have experience and passion for working with high acuity and under-resourced individuals.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Mental Health related field
- Full or provisional license in mental health or related field
- Experience with teletherapy or telemedicine
- Skill in applying varied interventions with individuals/families in crisis
- Skill in working with a variety of cultures, genders, sexualities and family systems
- Willingness to work with severe mental illness
- Ability to provide necessary self-care
- Ability to demonstrate positive team interactions with other staff
