Job description

We are seeking a full time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at SOAR Southshore.

Full-time BCBA hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm three days a week and 8:30am-6pm two days a week).

Full-time BCBA will be responsible for the day to day operations with the support of a Senior BCBA and a lead tech to fully support our RLT's and the children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of clients.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
• Implement ABA strategies and monitor client progress regularly.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for clients.
• Provide support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques
• Billable hours 24-25 per week.
• BCBA case load will be 5-7 clients

Requirements

• Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) .
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and professionals.

This is a salary position, SOAR closes for holidays of approximately 10 days, as well as a week between Christmas and New Years. We understand the work life balance and want to help ensure all of our employees have time to enjoy their own lives.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
