Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor interns and practicum students, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.
• Supervise clinical services provided by interns, review and approve clinical documentation, and provide weekly supervision sessions.
• Facilitate training and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and effectiveness.
• Oversee treatment planning and interventions, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance holistic client care.
• Maintain a reduced caseload of clients while supporting the professional growth of others.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

• Active LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, license in Nevada State.
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting including experience diagnosing mental health conditions and developing treatment plans.
• Prior experience in staff development and/or supervising interns (LMSW, LMFT-I or LCPC-I).
• Expertise/training in (at least) one therapeutic modality (EMDR, DBT, IFS, ACT, TF-CBT, etc).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in corporate wellness, NLP practices, or holistic therapy approaches.
• Knowledge of insurance billing and documentation best practices.
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish or another language) is a plus.
