Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to provide behavioral health services including individual, family, and group counseling. You’ll develop treatment plans, assess client needs, monitor progress, maintain documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client rehabilitation and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial interventions and counseling
• Develop and evaluate treatment goals
• Assess clients and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies

Qualifications:

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Ohio
• Knowledge of behavioral health practices and regulations
• Strong counseling and documentation skills
