This role will take the lead in creating and implementing personalized treatment plans for early learners including;
- Collaborating with our Clinical Director to ensure comprehensive, effective treatment plans.
- Developing skill acquisition goals and behavior intervention plans to enhance client progress.
- Providing ongoing supervision to Behavior Technicians, ensuring effective intervention and client engagement.
- Demonstrating leadership by training and supporting employees to enhance clinical skills.
- Delivering compassionate parental education and training to empower families to support their children.
Responsibilities:
- Assessments/parent intake, FBAs, treatment and behavior plans
- Client observation across settings/follow-up procedures
- RBT/BT supervision/training across client caseload
- Observation and analysis of the data/FAs as required
- Ongoing program development
- Integrate appropriate antecedent / trauma-informed strategies for desired behavior
- Staff training
- Social groups leader
- Semi-Annual/Annual progress notes to align with insurance renewals/re-authorizations
- Treatment fidelity checks
- Behavior data / session note review and action plans
- RBT supervision and behavior skills training to meet BACB guidelines
- In addition, providing guidance to school teams with IEP goals
Minimum Training and Experience:
- BCBA certification with at least two (2+) year of experience working as a BCBA/supervisor designing ABA programs for children under 8 with autism, training parents and technicians on how to implement interventions, and supervision of behavioral staff.
- Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
